I began my career in graphic design, where the idea of form follows function really took root and became a guiding principle in everything I do. Over time, I transitioned to working on the systems behind the work – the people, processes, and workflows that keep things moving.

My experience spans all facets of the business – from small startups, to traditional advertising agencies, to boutique luxury brands like Calvin Klein, Macy’s, the NFL, Talbots, and Hennessy, just to name a few. I lead with empathy, listen actively, and bring humor to high-pressure environments. I create clarity and momentum in order to ensure your process actually works. I feel one senior leader put it best: I “make order out of chaos.”
